When was the last time you experienced feelings of gratitude?
I am well aware of how simple it is to become preoccupied with one’s day-to-day activities, but I cannot emphasize enough how critical it is to make time on a regular basis for introspection.
- Which aspects of your life provide you the most pleasure?
- What are you thankful for in your life?
- What is the next goal that you wish to accomplish?
When I feel the urge to re-establish a connection with myself, I perform an activity known as the 10/10/10 exercise.
It is a practice known as manifestation, and its purpose is to bring a little bit more positivity into your life.
How to Exercise this Gratitude Practice
You just need to grab a piece of paper, think about the things that make you happy, the things that you’re grateful for, and the things that you want, and then write down 10 of each.
The act of writing these things down not only encourages you to attract more of what you truly desire in life but also helps you concentrate on and appreciate what you already have.
It has the potential to improve your attitude and serve as a constant reminder of the goals you’ve set for yourself.
I designed a worksheet for you to jot down your ideas on so that you can more easily include this activity into your regular routine.

This sheet can be used on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis, depending on your needs.
I hope that no matter how frequently you use it, this exercise will bring you a little bit of peace of mind, remind you of the great life you’ve made, and motivate you to finish the goals you set for yourself.
Just remember, a few moments set out for introspection are almost never wasted.
