If necessary, set aside specific times during the day when you can check emails and social media so that you’re not constantly being bombarded with notifications.

5) Rethink breakfast

Breakfast is often dubbed the most important meal of the day, and for good reason. Eating a nutritious breakfast can help jumpstart your day by providing you with energy and focus.
